Process From Home Rip-off! Scam involving a fraudulent claim to process rebates from home

This came in the form of a phishing email. It directs you to a website http://www.rebateprocessortools.com/? Ref=&cid=CD1017
that tells you that you have the opportunity to work from home and make hundreds or hundreds of thousands of dollars by processing rebates for large companies. It is a very well laid out fraudulent site. It even refers you to a site called Sitereviewauthority.org to check the creadability of the penbrook site. The sitereviewauthority.org says that it is under contruction, and then starts what is likely another scam about taking surveys online and getting paid for it. This is the site that you are re-directed to http://www.instantpaidsurveys.com/? Hop=secure128

This is a very intricate and well laid out Scam. If you are trying to be an eternal optimist, DON'T do it here. It is not that hard to avoid being duped by this web of scams. When you go to the sites, and you start trying to visit the related or reffered to sites, they make leaps that are far fetched, or incongruent, like that of a review site that is under construction, but still manages to direct you to information about three "good survey sites" out of hundreds, that will pay you money. Be weary.

After I signed up, I received an email that said I would receive more information in about five minutes. I had a quick meeting to attend, and when I returned, I found that there was no email. I started to get the feeling I had made a bad choice by entering my credit card information into the system. (Go Figure!) I also was rediredted to a site called iwealthu.com. This site charges you $39.90 per month and notifies you in it's "terms of agreement" that it is not responsible for any fraudulent companies who may use their services to lure in customers.

There is real information on iwealthu.com. But I cannot ascertain the validity of the site, nor what good it actually does.

This is a huge scam. I felt extrememly embarrassed when I had to call my credit card company and cancel my card for fear of it being used by these scammers. I caught it fast and was lucky, but man did I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!

Scamming is a full time job, that I bet you can work from home. All it takes is a little drive and suckers like me to send you my money! The hardest part, is, that the people who are looking for things like this are often single parents, who may, in desperation, spend the last of their funds to make this purchase, only to find that there is no return on it, at all.

If the news gets a chance, they should expose this... And see how deep this really goes.
