Owes his son more than $15,000 in back child support. The last check he received was in Dec 98. Has never seen his son! Last known was New York

Thomas has not payed child support since Dec 1998. He is behind in excess of $15,000. He has never once seen his son. I have tried to locate him, but to no results. If you know of him please contact me!!!
