A few months ago I went to the bank and while depositing my check the teller advised me that my account had been overdrawn... I was surprised, although I live paycheck-to-paycheck, I keep track of spending and can expect my account to at least have a few dollars in it. The teller advised me the charge that sent me over had been from "CIC Triple Advantage" in the amount of $12.95.
I didn't recognize the name but having realized that my wife may have charged something (and as it hadn't been a HUGE amount) I didn't object.
The following month finances were looking good... I didn't even realize the charge as it hit my account yet again...
Then, earlier tonight I checked my account and found it overdrawn... The unexpected (UNAUTHORIZED) "CIC Triple Advantage" had struck again.
It then hit me! This charge is recuring!? Who are they? I google it... Wow, google it for yourself and you'll see the complaints are more than I have time to number.
I am disputing any of the charges that fall within 60 days. I have tried to contact "CIC" but continually receive an automated message to call back during normal business hours.
I never agreed to recuring charges.
