There is something wrong with my Financial Aid and Living expense situation. Numbers do not add up. Kaplan University/Financial Department

I am writing this report because I feel like Kaplan University's Financial aid department and accounting department could be overcharging me and keeping some of my living expense money. I do not feel that my student loans are being used correctly. There is something fishy going on and I do not want to be in debt forever because of their dishonesty.
