I contacted 1-800-477-3498 and was "Approved" and then the waiting began.
Icalled he first six weeks after and as told the info. From bank in Huntsville Al had sent me info they needed and it came back.
Second call said the same thing.
I thought i was having trouble with my mail.
Third call I had all of my mail transferred to where I was working.
Sine then i have called every two weeks and have been told to wrie the bank in Huntsville.
I was given a number for customer service at 1-877-700-2073. My approval code is DUK-021302. They cashed my check on April 4th and I refuse to write the bank.
They debited my account, they can credit it now. They didn't n eed help debiting it. Ps. I also applied for a computer which would hav e begun out of my Visa card. I am disabled and 58 years old. I can't wait out too many scams.
