I join js in Portland Oregon. This company charged my credit card last month and again this month for a "membership fee". I never requested a membership and don't even know, or have never heard of this so-called Company. My credit card Company has credited my account for the two $16.95 charges that this bogus Company has charged me. Because my credit card company took care of the unrequested charges, I did not have to contact, or "try" to contact Value Plus. It is outrageous that a company could do that.
