After reading all of the other consumer complaintss regarding Gibson Trust, Inc., I have to admit that they are all true. I have been struggling for the last 20 months to consistently make my payments to them on time and succeeded only for them to turn around and not send these payments to my creditors until they felt like it.
To this day, I am constantly calling their so-called "Customer Service Department" to find out what happened to my September payment. They are useless. They send you false statements each month telling you that you payment went out when they have not. You start receiving calls from your creditors telling them the same thing and of course, there is nothing they can do about it.
I know I will never get my deposit $1,000 deposit back but I just don't want other individuals seeking help to get involved with Gibson Trust, Inc. They are really terrible.
