In November I purchased a powerleveling service from a company called tony powerlevel to grind up my Star Wars Galaxies toon. They had a great price, friendly service, and prompt response. That is where it ended. The powerleveling service took 3-days longer than it was supposed to. My schedule caught up with me and I wasnt able to play on the character till recently. I went online to look up quests and items to see where some of the other players online were finding some of the items they were using. I looked in my quest list only to find they had already been done to my horror and to find all of the quests I wanted to do had been done. Every last non-repeatable quest with one of a kind item had been done and the items taken by the agent who leveled my character. Every last non-repeatable item on mustafar had been taken, all shards and holocrons and decorations.

I made a list of what was missing and sent it to Tony personally, his actual email address. He told me I had to prove it with screen shots. Now you and I both know that something like this is not provable with screen shots. Whats more is Tony knows this. I simply asked him to replace the items taken or give me the 70 million credits that I was out in-game because of this theft. He still wanted screen shot proof. I cna no more prove my case with screen shots than he can prove their case by saying his agent didnt take the stuff.

Im sorry, but he is in the business of making as much in game currency and rare items as possible and turing it inot a profit. I doubt for two second that they didnt help themselves. So my hunch is the agent took what he could to pocket a little more cash on the job. They dont stand behind their product nor do they value their customers. The courtesy and honesty stops the minute the payment goes through. I finally warned him that if he would not replace what was taken I was going ot warn as many of you as I could. He got indignant and has yet to respond.

Bottom line spend a few more dollars and keep your account intact. Be a customer not a resource. They make you think they are doing you a good job at a discount the whole while preying on their customer to further their dollar amount.increasing levels while stripping your account of all value. It happened to me, dont let it happen to you.
