I purchased 2 magazines for my grandson for xmas in 11/07 and HAVE NOT GOTTEN them

I would like this situation resolved. I purchased 2 magazines from a young man in 11/07 he was trying to get points for a trip or something like that I looked over the selection and choosed 2 for my grandson for xmas and I HAVE NOT GOTTEN them. How can this be corrected and get my $90.00 back? Joanne
