Fraudulent Credit Card Charges, Nothing ordered or received from this compaany Salt Lake City

I live in Canada. My wife ordered a carpentry book as a gift for me from a U.S. Book club.

Fraudulent charges in U.S. $ began appearing on my statement the day before the book purchase transaction was recorded. Unfortunately, when the statements came we both assumed the other had subscribed to something.

I have been billed $4.95 once and $49.90 seven times before I caught on. Mastercard claims they can only recover the last 3 or 4 transactions. Any Idea how I can do better then that? I hesistate to even contact the company. The info I've read about the other people ripped off by Pacific Webworks indicates they may not have my full name or contact info. I certainly don't want them to obtain any more of my info.

Any suggestions as to how to accomplish a refund from these crooks?
