I ordered a "super, dark neon tanzanite" in mid October. The cost was $2065. It took them no time to charge me. When I got the stone it was no more special than 2 other tanzanites I already had. I immediately called, received an RA number and returned the stone for around $20 shipping. I tried to be patient but to me $ especially at Christmas, is a lot of money. I emailed them twice before receiving a "pat" reply which basically was that is "how they do business". I finally reported them to the BBR at the end of December. My account was finally credited around 1/12/08—much more than 60 days. Not only that, I was not refunded the entire amount. (they took off shipping & handling) The BBR asked if I had been satisfied with the outcome to which I said no. The BBR said it did not matter how I felt—the case was closed. I have purchased from many TV/Internet shows.
This is the worst of any of them—they are in the lowest of low classes by them selves! I have never not received a complete refund—but that is "how they do business". As I told BBR that is just an excuse to mess with people for their inferior products and service and that does not make it right.
