I am a victim of HomEq Servicing. My loan reset in Jan. I have been calling them every day and that fisrt say yes we will fast track you loan with a rate lock. They then say so to continue we will transfer you to the Collections dept. Then collections say no we dont modify loans or you loan is not taged for modifiaction or your investor is not perticipateing in the congressional rate lock program. They say you are paying so keep paying os sell your house. I found this article on the web and had to laugh.

This partnership recently launched a Foreclosure Prevention Advertising Campaign with the Ad Council. The campaign seeks to decrease foreclosures by directing borrowers to call a dedicated toll-free number, where they receive experienced, quality counseling and are connected, as appropriate, with their lender or local
NeighborWorks organization.
The campaign focuses on reaching the population of homeowners (currently estimated at above 50%) who do not contact their lender/servicer prior to foreclosure.
