Homeq erroneously foreclosed on my property in 13 months later sale was void. However, late charges, attorney fees, administrative costs and miscellaneous unexplained charges have been accuring on my account ever since. Now they have foreclosed again, and the demand amount for right to cure default that they even used to foreclose is ludicris. I have all of my reciepts for payment/cancelled checks, etc for over the last 4 years.
Due to the circumstances of the foreclosure (fraudulent loan servicing) we have found a compationate lender that is willing to try to provide funding if Homeq will cooperate and allow us time to complete the paper work. My attorney called thier attorney and the basically refused to negotiate any kind of terms and as much as said they would even let us buy the house back anyway. Well it isnt over yet-I have lots of options, and intend to research everyone of them. They have to be stopped.
