I was offered employment at Backhauline.inc. I accepted the job offer. Two days after I was hired Philip Nenadov told me he was cutting my salary because his brother got laid off and he was giving him the job I was hired to do. I gave up my job after almost 8 years because he was suppose to have a better offer for me if I accepted a job with his company. I ended up being employed for only 3 weeks with his company.in the time I was employed with Backhauline.inc I learned they would cheat trucks out of money. And that Philip Nenadov in my opinion was sleeping with one of the employees in the office. Her even fired one girl because she no longer lived at home he told her if she didnt move back in with her parents he would have to fire her she said she was not moving back with parents so he did fire her. I learned after I was hired he fired another lady in the office he told me it was to help justify my salary. I think it was because she would not sleep with him this is my opinion. My point is do not trust the owner of this company he lies to employees and to trucking companys.
