$100 Visa Gift Card Ripoff Fresh Meadows New York

I tried to join YourTopBrands offer to receive a $100.00 Visa Gift Card by ordering some coffee from SeattleDirectCoffee and a bottle of COLOPURE colon cleanser in order to complete the TWO REQUIRED trial offers for the gift card.

There was nothing so much the matter with my Seattle Direct Coffee order since I received an order of two 12oz coffee flavors and a grinder for $34.95
which is well worth the money. However, they quickly shipped me another bag of coffee for $48.95 within two weeks for a MONTHLY membership club? Was there some kind of scam going between Seattle Direct and YourTopBrands? It seems like an aggressive baiting of orders is going on with the $100.00 Gift Card. And when you look at the illustration of offers on the YourTopBrands website you see that the second order of a 12oz bag of SeattleDirectCoffee is only $12.50 plus a small shipping and handling fee not $48.95??!

I also got one bottle of COLOPURE colon cleanser for $5.95 but I cancelled further orders because this expensive nutraceutical costs $39.95 a bottle.

Later I had trouble accessing YourTopBrands website because they somehow disallowed my original login email info and when I emailed one of their representatives, Sherry, about how I couldn't access the website, she wrote back that she was emailing my request to their tech team. When the request was returned it had an email address from my mother's computer, which I once used to send an email. They quickly reused the email address instead of the correct original one.

They seem to give people the run around everytime with different email reponders rather than owning up to any consideration or responsibility. It seems they are giving robotic answers most of the time.

I then emailed Samantha, another representative, an inquiry about how they couldn't get me the right log in information, what the status of my $100.00 Visa Gift Card was, and that I'm suspicious about how I found complaints against them on the complaint website:

Dear Samantha:

You at YourTopBrands are yet, since 1/19, to send me my user email or password to the the website, or any status of my $100.00 Visa gift card even after I emailed you three times.

In the event that you are operating under any fraudulent intentions, I'm warning you that you and the companies that support this falsely promoted advertisement will be reported to as many better business organizations and New York State officials as I deem necessary. I can already see that you resist what I ask for because I've gotten cheesy hearsay references about what your reps do and some would be story about your technicians looking up information.

But both you and I now that your company is no true organization for proper business as is being acted out and reported. I've phoned sales representatives at both Seattle Coffee Direct and ColoPure. And they seem to know nothing about the name YourTopBrands nor the fact that you have some $100.00 bonus offer.

This strongly leads me to conclude that you are operating under false presumptions and therefore may well be reprimand to criminal prosecution unless you can somehow hide your phony promotion and make your company's name dissappear before any indictments be placed against you.

But unfortunately, I found your name with a hard complaint against it in the complaints (an online business complaint reviewer).

Also please note that New York City and New York State are stepping up prosecutions against illegitimate businesses lately so much so that it seems that they put them on the evening news all the time. Eliot Spitzer who was our attorney general is now our New York State Governor.

If you value the viable livelihood of your own company, I suggest that you forward me the status of my $100.00 Visa Gift Card.

I compel you to send me some substantial account of this $100.00 Visa card because if you don't and are trying to deceive me, I'll press a serious prosecution against YourTopBrands for grossly false advertising as has happened to the Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes Magazine Contest. Would you enjoy following in the foot steps of a Countrywide Financial?

If you don't want this kind of "Dark Notoriety" and strong prosecution, I suggest you get me real information on this $100 Visa Card right now or face the consequences coming to you.

Notice that Jenna and not Samantha responds here, indicating that they can duck my question by pretending "they know nothing about it" or "it just might be another website like ours"...

I am sorry to have to tell you this but, we are unable to locate anything in our system for you pertaining to a $100.00 Visa Gift Card. This tells us that you did not complete the offers towards such gift through our website. There are several hundred websites out there that are like ours. You will need to find out which website it was that you completed the said offers for.

As far as the bad report that you have read about our company on the internet, please understand that these reports are usually the result of individuals who have not completed the requirements as stated in the gift rules in order to qualify and receive this gift or they have completed the offers off of a different website other than ours.

Also, we will be more than happy to report our findings to any agency that you decide to file a report with.

You see that they SUGGEST that people don't complete all there offers... But had I originally saw and noticed from an instant message on their website that I had completed the TWO REQUIRED OFFERS on their website and was Owed the $100.00 Visa card... So they try to mislead me by making it seem like I saw something very different or saw it somewhere else. I wonder how Visa Inc feels about this?

If as Jenna puts it, they are so happy to report their findings with any agency that I file a report with. It doesn't seem like they've reponded to any of the complainers here at consumer complaints by RESPONDING? Why not then?

Next, I noticed that they have affiliated offices in New York City (see below) that Access and Modify Information for customers, Washington, D.C. (see below) for Privacy Complaints, and the United Kingdom for Inquiries to Access OUR OWN Customer Information but to get this private file on our information we must pay their office about 10 English pounds about $15.00 U.S.
