They had tried to take money out of my checking and I have never had anythingto do with them. I stopped that from happening and now they sent me this email:

You've called and maybe e-mailed me, but have yet to set a concrete date to repay your payday loan.
This e-mail is to advise you, that I have yet to hear from you as to your intensions on how and when you will be repaying your payday loan within the month of February. I've sent out several e-mails offering you settlement after settlement, this matter is not to be looked over or taken lightly.
