Contacted them via live chat for charges on bank account andthey say it is legitimate

Have tried numerous times to contact them, finally got a live chat about charges on bank account. Told them they had numerous complaints on them and they did not seem to care. They said all these people subcribed to them. They did not offer to reimburse charges. Told them i was going to report it and they said thats your option.
