In November my son found some items that he loved on the website, www.kingofswords.com. I went online and ordered 3 knives and a book.
After 2 weeks, I went back online to check my order. I was instructed to email or call for information. I did MANY several times. The phone was automated and you were to leave your name, phone number, and message including order number, which I did. The message also stated that someone would return your call within days. They did not. Nor did I receive any response to my emails.
Finally a few days before Christmas, I contacted my credit card company who credited my account for the amount that this website swindled me out of! Needless to say, my son did not get his knives or book for Christmas! And guess what? I still have not received any communication from anyone at King of Swords!
Do Not Buy Anything from this company because all they will do is take your money and leave you holding the bag!
