I placed an order for 3 pair of Tender foot slippers on August 16. My check has already cleared the bank. Today's date of Oct. 9 I have tried numerous times to call and get status of order, never a representative to come to phone only recording to e-mail and have answer immediately.
This morning at 6:30 a. M I e-mailed for status. Now 7:00 P.M. Still no response. I think this co. Is out to take peoples money. Something needs to be done
should there have been a problem with order or any type of delay I feel any reputable co. Would notify and would have representatives answering calls and not deceiving with stating response with e-mail in minutes.
