I placed an order, received a confirmation email. Never received the tracking number or products Indianappolis

I found this legit website thinking i was ordering tanning lotion, i ordered got debited, received confirmation email no tracking number. When i tried to call the company the phone number is no longer in service, i sent emails still no reply. I contacted my bank they are filing a dispute, this company needs to be investigated, shut done, prosecuted to the fullest degree of the law.
