I got a special offer subscription in Jan in November I recieved a renewal notice. On December 11, I called the 800# and went throught the automated hassle to cancel two subscriptions, I was informed that even though I had time left my renewal was cancelled.
Happy New Year comes by and On Jan 20 an UNAUTHORIZED payment was taken from my bank for these mags that I had already cancelled. This is really hard for someone on disability and an extremely limited income.
All phone numbers led to automated systems that keep trying to get you to sign up for their "incredible one-time offers", there are NO REAL people to talk to. So lets hope the bank has better resolution for this... Than snail mail and
