False Advertisement Promised for use in 2007 turns out I have to pay for 2007 fees but not use it till 2008

I bought a timeshare from qrsllc using bid4assets.com. The listing showed for use in 2007. Even before I purchased I called them to ask how I could use it in 2007 when it was week 11. They told me I would get a banked week that I could use for weeks 42-52. After the deed was transferred I called the resort and found out that they never put a banked week in my name. The resort said normally the selling company will pay the taxes on my behalf.

This was not done even though listed on the advertisement was also an itemized bill including the 2007 taxes. So I ended up having to pay the taxes for a week I never got to use even though they said I could. Also I tried using my credit card to dispute this. They ended up having their lawyer say that for use in 2007 means I would have the title in 2007 and thats all. Even though that is completely changing the meaning from what they explained over the phone.

If you like dealing with companies that change what they say over the phone because the writing is to "vague" then go ahead and work with them. Me personally I will never use them again because even if they didn't explain that over the phone I still would conclude for use in 2007 means I get to use the timeshare week in 2007. I don't know where they come up with this use of the deed only in 2007.
