Dish decided to change their service and wanted to "update" my receiver. (It was working fine). They insisted they had to drill holes in the roof for a safety harness despite it having been installed without any such thing. However, they would not would not agree to patch the holes nor guarantee that the 4 holes would not leak. Therefore, I said, NO... (Who wouldn't stop someone from drilling 4 holes in their roof).
So they send out a second installer - same story.
So I called to cancel the service. The customer service (if you can call her that) lady, ID number 30C starts threatening me that if I don't return their receiver, etc. Within thirty days they will bill me for it. I said, "I'm going to start recording this since you are recording this conversation" and she starts screaming that I can't record her (not true, they are, so I can).
Boy, what a stupid crazy company. Glad to be rid of them... I'm sticking with comcast
