Best Buy for Business misrepresented a Thinkpad laptop and it did not work as described and in fact, didn't work at all. When I called they said, "Not our problem" They refused to take it back... Said I had to call Lenovo to get a return authorization. Of course Lenovo says, "No you have to go back to the seller."
I called and complained to Best Buy again and finally said, if you don't do something, I will request my charge card, under the consumer credit protection laws, to recall the money. They said - go ahead.
So I have.
Don't deal with them... They are a cheat!
