I was also scammed. I was a small business owner who thought I would have it forever. Things don't always turn out as planned and I sold the business. It was then that I found out the lease was non-cancelable! I would of never signed it if I would have known!
I had the equipment for over a year and made payments. I have tried to send back the equipment but they are wanting me to pay over $1,500. I have tried to work out deals with them but they are still wanting me to pay, telling me that my credit is to good. They call my house about 5-7 times a day. I think they have ruined my answering machine since I don't answer.
They are sending me harrassing letters also and are saying they are going to report me to a collection agency. I want to sue them I agree with the other people they have scammed... They are scammers and need to be stopped!
I paid them for my services when I was in business but now that I have sold I just want to return the machine and get out of it!
