We asked Joe Wilke USA World Wide about purchasing the credit card machine was told lease was mandatory

4 years ago we were sold a lease for a credit card processing machine. The Rep for Northern Leasing Systems, Joe Wilke outlined a scenario saving us $150.00 a month.
We were satisfied.
In July Wilke comes to us and tells us he has a better deal. During the sales pitch we asked about purchasing the cc processing machine and were told that a lease was mandatory. We shortly found out that this was a lie. The machine can be purchased for $200.00 approx..
We also asked how it was possible to cancel the non-cancelable lease and were told that because we were signing a new lease they would cancel the old one. We now have 2 leases.
There were questions concerning transaction fees that Wilke lied about
Wilke perpetrated this same scheme on 2 of my business colleagues as well.
We've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureaus of New Jersey against Wilke and his company USA World Wide Services and New York against Northern Leasing.

All still pending.
