After reading Steve Berges book on investing in Multifamily Real Estate I was so impressed with his book that I ordered his Software program with a book on11/28. At the end of the order it said to download program and that book would be sent. Something was wrong and it would not download. I sent several e-mails saying I did not receive anything. Finally on 12/31/07 I received an e-mail saying they were sorry but had some problems and that something was there to be down loaded. However they wasn't. So I e-mailed them again and have heard nothing as of today.
