I applied and attended CTU Online in Nov. I tried to withdraw from my first two classes but was not acknowledged. I passed one and flunked the other because the teacher would not accept the 6th assignment which would have given me an incomplete. I had to repeat this class.in March they informed me I was 3 months late on a cash agreement payments. I knew nothing about any cash agreement. It took two months of being ignored to finally find out they put additional classes on me and expected me to sign and pay on this agreement or be locked out of classes. I got it removed and told them to never do it to me again. I then was going on vacation and asked to not be given classes. They gave me college algebra. I was overseas and did not have internet. On one occassion I finally got access but could not sign in.in a chat with tech support I explained my previous request. He was no help at all. I got back in time to finish my class but they withdrew me from my class and school. I got back in two days after I could get an incomplete and was forced to finish on time or take it over. I finished. Then they put another cash agreement on me. I refused to sign it again. They gave me three different amounts to pay for three different reasons and have now turned me over to a collection agency that calls me daily. I told them I would not ever pay it because I was not informed of any agreement prior to them putting it on me. I never signed it and will not pay!
