I too have had the experience wherein I received the product the day before my 14 day trial was up. The next day was Christmas.in my assumption that the co. Would not be open on Christmas day, I called on the 12-26 to cancel. On 12-25 (Christmas day) the co. Charged my card for $87.31. I have been calling daily to the cancelation line to cancel and the line is ALWAYS busy. I have even called at midnight! My option thru my financial institute is to cancel my card and get another one. Problem is that takes over two weeks making me have to do ALL cash purchases and/or write checks. The other issue this arises is that I have to now call all other co. I have auto bill pay with and have them cancel my auto pays until I get a new card and then I have to call back and re-establish. I do not see how this is fair to me. Time is my most valuable asset and this co. Has not only taken my money but my time as well! I want JUSTICE!
