A young lady came to my door in May saying she was in a contest to sell magazines and books and that the winner of the contest would win an award to be used for educational purposes. She showed me a list of my neighbors who had purchased either magazines or books and gave me a book to look through with the selections.
I made a selection, paid the girl and was told to expect my book in the mail in about 120 days. She gave me a receipt with the company's phone number and address, her name and other pertinent information.
After about 120 days I had not recieved my book so I called the customer service number on the receipt. I was put through to a voice mailbox that had a rocording stating it was full and could not record my message. I called this number at least 4 or 5 times over the next several weeks before I was able to leave a message, which I did on two occassions. I have never gotten a return call and again each time I call the number, I get the "full mailbox" recording.
As far as I can tell, this is not a legitimate company. I have neither gotten my product or been able to reach anyone in the company to find out where it is.
