How do they have the right to text message me? Internet

I got a text message from this company tonight. Do I want a date tonight? Well I rather think not. I am a happily married 50 year old woman.

How the heck can someone get access to a company issued phone that only has two-way and text capabilities? What can be done to stop this?

I actually tried to to locate the company to stop this, but there is no "contact us" link on their disguisting web site.

So they can contact me, but I can't tell them to stop it?
