A few weeks before christmas I ordered the full set of KNIGHT RIDER on DVD for my son in Slovakia. I used my international VISA credit card to place the order, the site stated it would confirm my order within 24 to 48 hours. I waited a week, never got a confirmation. Then after numerous tries of contacting them via e-mail and on their toll free numbers such as 1-877-TV-SERIES and 1-877-7-TV-SHOW I got an e-mail stating that my order was placed and they send me some sort of a tracking number that links you to a canadian post office site (though the number doesnt exist in the database of the canadian post office).
The other fakt is that they charged my credit card around 8 bucks more than I agreed to when purchasing the item. The DVD set cost 98.99, international shipping charge came out to 53.99, the agreed total was 152.98, but I was charged around a 160 US dollars to my VISA card. I have since then cancelled that credit card, made a complaint at the bank and contacted ALLIEDWALLET, a firm that allegadly made the charge to my credit card, but without sucess, they couldnt recall the last four digits of the card in theis database.
I really hope that all the victims of this ongoing internet crminal enterprise will be brought to justice and that all the people who have been affected will be reimbursed.
