Christmas I ordered several color photo coffee mugs from Zazzle. They looked great when they arrived for Christmas presents. Approximately 3 months later, the pictures began to fade and turn a "reddish" color. I e-mailed customer service and explained what was happening. I was instructed to photograph the mugs, which I did, and sent the photos to Zazzle. Their reply was "sorry, all we can do is give you free shipping on your next order." The pictures are almost completely gone now.
I am disabled and do a lot of online shopping. With the exception of Sears.com, I have never had any trouble until I ordered from Zazzle. I foolishly recommended them to several friends, and to my son, a school principal, who promptly ordered a mug for each of his faculty. Ouch!
