Book was improperly packaged and, therefore, arrived damaged. Even though this is the seller's fault, I have to pay shipping costs to return it.
I think I shall keep the book and not risk further hassles with this company. I do not trust that this company will do what is right and return my purchase price and original shipping costs. I find it outrageous that I have to fork over more money to return an item that is not as described.
