These pathetic bunch of losers have some nerve calling themselves attorneys. They give a bad name to the profession. Their administrative staff is even worse. I called several times, was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be disconnected 3 times. They froze my checking account and I was trying to make arrangements with them to rectify it. My mom passed away on Saturday, November 17. On Monday, November 19, I received a call at home from one of the creeps demanding their money. I told them I had set up payment arrangements with them last week but since my mother had just died, it would have to wait another two weeks. Their answer was. "That's not our problem." Oh My God. I hung up on them.
These people claim to have a fax machine, but they also seem to never receive anything you send them. Hmm...? I spoke with someone named Mr. Day, who seemed somewhat less ignorant than the rest and am now waiting to see if they really will lift this lien based on what I was told.
This firm is the worst for customer service and tactfulness. I'd sic them on my worst enemy for sure.
