1st National Card Services is a cunning rip-off. A "representative" calls you (usually) in the early evening when people are more susceptible to be worn down by fast talking, high pressure sales techniques.
These people are very cagey, and have enough info about you in the 1st 10mins., have you feeling drained as they continually ask "now doesn't that sound good?".
In theory, it does begin to "sound good"... By the time you get off the phone you are out $200, and the next day realize you've been had!
Try to get back in touch with these people, virtually impossible. If you do get someone on the line they are quick to remind you all calls are recorded and a verbal confirmation is legal & binding... Not true, anyone who answered the phone in your home could be on that recording... I say Prove it's Me! They Can't.
With respect to their goods and services, they have none. Everything that you receive in the mail is a frustrating maze of internet maneuvers that was very cleverly designed as such so as the consumer gives up, makes no purchases and is billed $30 for non-usage (quarterly fee) as listed on pg. 1 of their terms & conditions pamphlet that comes in the mail along w / the "card" and a useless CD of their on-line items.
This Company needs to be shut down ASAP, and pursued by legal means before they roll up their Circus Tent & start up again under a different name!
