I sent my phone in for cash and so for nothing. It's been over 30 days and the only thing I can see under my account is received phone so I know that they got it. There is no phone number listed for them at all (even did an internet search) and the only way you can talk with customer support is with some internet chat witch always says: Sorry, no operators are available at the moment. Please try back later. I've been trying back for days now and still nothing.
They do have an email address but all I get is failure notices back saying that the there email is full. If you're looking to trade in your cell phone or anything else they take don't send it here. I don't know if they left the planet but if anyone finds out let me know.
