Never sent the fre products that they were suppose to

Payed them off over a year ago and still no free items. I have called and asked several times its the same thing we will investagate and get back to you. I call every week and still nothing at all the same run around. Its been a such a struggle i know they are still in business because i still talk to them. All i want is my free items.
