Trying to get answers to concerns is frustrating. Customer service reps are rude, attempt to out talk you and are down right sarcastic. E-mail messages are not responded to and information on the web site doesn't correspond to radio and TV ads. Upgrade packages are listed with items missing or don't contain what specific upgrade packages are available and customers are not told when placing ordering computers that free items such as printers, digital cameras will not be shipped out until the full payment for computers are first paid which could take a full year or more to receive. Leaving customers without a printer with their so-called new systems.
