South Finance Claim And Payment Logistics Sent me check for 2550.77 to cover administrative payments for winning 45,000.00

I received a letter from South Finance stating that I had won $45,000.00 and they sent me a check for $2550.77 to cover the administrative payment and the clearance fee for the winnings. They congratulated me and instructed me to call 1-902-412-2750 and talk with either Nancy Hause or Michael Bennett without further delay. They gave me a batch number to use when I called. I tried to call but got no answer. I saw the complaint on the internet and thought I should report it also.
