I recieved an unauthorized monthly fee of 59.95 from this company. It's a ripoff Internet

I purchased a booklet 1.95 only and charged it to my Credit Card. However, I've been charged for unauthortized amount 59.95 for the past 2 months. The 1.95 is on my statement also. It appears that it came from somewhere in AUstralia. THe other fee of 59.95 was from Ip-olnsupplier from KNA (where ever that is) My e-mail only confirmed the 1.95, not the monthly 59.95.
