IvoryWhite refused to credit my account for materials I returned to them by U.S. Postal Service, claimed they did not recognize the carrier.
Denied my teleconversation with their customer service individual.
My account was charged after after I said did not want any further mailings.
I have no merchandise, I cancelled my account, was charged and they are requesting I pay for merchandise which I did not open or request. My credit card company is working with me to help solve this problem.
I believe this to be a case of willful deception on their part.
