Received an invoice for a publication that was never ordered!

I recently received an invoice from this company that stated the publication was ordered by our administrator. When I confronted my administrator with the invoice she told me that she never ordered any such publication.

We are an Alzheimer's center and do not have a human resources department yet the publication is titled "What's Working in Human Resources".

There is no phone number on the invoice but there is a web site: www.pbp.com. I was able to get an email from the web site and explained to them that they sent this invoice by mistake. I have yet to receive a response but judging by the other complaints on ripp off reports I'm sure the battle has just begun.

Please use caution should you receive an invoice from this company! Chances are it is a rip off and you will be paying for something that doesn't even exist!!
