The company is clearly a ripoff. The letter they send you in the mail has only a return address. It has no phone number and it does not list its website. They basically are saying "hey send us your money via check, credit card, or money order and we will send you a cheap product different from the one you were expecting OR a product that does not contain all the needed parts." And what company doesn't have the option to make a payment over the phone if your paying by credit card. It's a scam people
