Sweepstakes fraud

Sweepstakes award letter saying you have won a large amount but to claim it you have to sign this and send $19.95.. I get at least 5 a month from differant scams. Never send money to win a prize that would be a scam. Sweepstakes should never cost you anything to enter or to win.
