I recieved vouchers toward the cost of a computer as a consolation prize. I sent the voucher and the money for the computer and when it came, I had to pay a good sum of money for a c.O.D. Charge, although there was no mention of a shipping charge. That wasn't bad enough, but it didn't work either and when I called the number given, all I get is a recording asking for my account number, which I was never sent one with the computer.
It says there is a 30 day money back guarantee and I want to send it back, but would like to contact them first and don't know how.
Has anyone had this experience and found a way to contact them and get your money back? I'd appreciate any input. I am filing a claim with Consumer Protection. Thank you
