I recieved vouchers toward the cost of a computer as a consolation prize. I sent the voucher and the money for the computer and when it came, I had to pay a good sum of money for a c.O.D. Charge, although there was no mention of a shipping charge. That wasn't bad enough, but it didn't work either ...
