Titanium Blue aka Benefitz aka PS&A aka FIRST CAPITAL CONSUMERS ripoff promise me a credit card if i pay the fee of 199.00$. I never got the card. Rip-off

I was contacted by first capital consumers and asked if i would like a credit card with a two thousand dollar limited if i pay the fee of 199.00$. On may 8th the money was debited from my account.

Im on a fixed income because i am disable and i thought that a credit card would be very nice to have, so i made a sacrifice and paided the fee.

Time went by and i never got the card, so i sent a registered letted and it was received and sign for on 7/09/02. And today monday, september the 9th is the first time i got a respond from anyone.
