They debited my account until there was nothing left in the account $49.95 at a time

I have NO IDEA who this company is or what they are supposed to do. They hit my account as a POS which makes it look like a "swipe" each and every month from a month after I opened a new checking account.
I did not sign up for whatever this is.
I called after calling the bank & trying to find a phone number for the charges. They claim have no phone number {according to them} to call only an address to write too in order to ASK for a refund.

The bank claims they can only give me partial credit, I want all my money back. How can this happen? This company was able to get NEW information HOW? I did not sign up for anything that I am aware of.
