Ought this government records to find family tree and other things omn the 11 october. Have bought lots of stuff on the internet and awaited a download or a password. Two days later anger set in as all I could get from them was "automated response do not reply to this message" finally called my credit card people and was given two phone numbers. Called the 208 pref. And was told they would tell the editor woul resend my password. B/S I buy, I print everything until I get what I ordered. I still dont have the key. Thanks
